The 20th China Maritime Week witnessed a significant event, the Maritime Science and Technology/Education Achievement Exhibition, hosted by the China Institute of Navigation from July 10 to 12. The exhibition was held concurrently at the Shimao Hilton Hotel in Tianjin Eco-City and the Tianjin Binhai No.1 Hotel.

The exhibition showcased an impressive array of 71 display boards and 20 light boxes from 34 organizations. Participants included enterprises such as China COSCO Shipping, China Merchants Group, and China Communications Construction Company Ltd, ten affiliated units like the China Classification Society and the Rescue and Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, and eight prestigious universities, including Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Maritime University, and Wuhan University of Technology.
The event attracted a diverse group of representatives from port and shipping companies, scientific research institutions, and associations. It effectively highlighted the latest achievements, products, and technologies in maritime science, technology, and education.
The exhibition served as a platform for in-depth collaboration among government, industry, academia, research, and application sectors, promoting innovation in maritime science and technology, advancing maritime culture, and raising national awareness of navigation and oceanography.
