China Ocean Engineering is a publication of the Chinese Ocean Engineering Society.

As an acknowledged key source of information in its field, the journal presents advances in research concepts, experiments, technology, materials and structures concerning ocean engineering.

The Journal covers all engineering aspects involved in the exploration and utilization of ocean resources, including the research, design and construction of infrastructure (including wharves, dikes, breakwaters, platforms and mooring systems), instrumentation and testing (physical model and numerical model), wave dynamics, sedimentation, structural/stress analysis, soil mechanics, and material research.
