Introducing Kelsey, a Beijing-based educator who has witnessed the progress of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Kelsey has been living and working in Beijing for 14 years, engaged in youth education and science and technology education at Beijing Language and Culture University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Qiyuan School, Beijing Royal School, and other educational institutions. He has experienced the changes brought to Beijing by the "Belt and Road" construction.

Kelsey has been leveraging such technologies as WeChat and digital classrooms to enhance the learning experience. He is also an active member of the tech community, having joined the Belt and Road Youth Maker Camp to explore sci-tech advancements.
